Sudo Africa provides the infrastructure for organizations to instantly issue both physical and virtual NGN and USD programmable cards. We are in search of a Sales Development Representative that will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative at Sudo Africa, your primary duties include:
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.
- Contacting and streamlining potential customers.
- Setting appointments and following up on leads.
- Tracking progress toward meeting sales goals
- Collaborating with the business team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Staying up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Attending networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities and results to the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business or related field with 1 - 3 years of experience as a sales officer or similar role in a technology company. Experience with fintech is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
