Sudo Africa provides the infrastructure for organizations to instantly issue both physical and virtual NGN and USD programmable cards. We are in search of a Sales Development Representative that will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive at Sudo Africa, your primary duties include:
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective client.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in networking opportunities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business or related field with 2-3 years of experience as a business development executive or similar role in technology company. Experience with fintech and banks as an added advantage.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) Software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
